Hey teacher leave the kids alone?
How many times has this sentence echoed in the mind of a teacher? However, it's a techer's duty to 'shape' the minds of the students in front of him or her.

The importance of efficient writing...

Language defines Human Beings as social human beings interacting with other Human Beings. Although the spoken form has appeared before the written one it is undeniable that one does not exclude the other. The ability to write presents itself as a useful tool to conquer individual, social and professional acknowledgement. This has turned writing into a very profitable research field.
We are aware that writing is a field which raises many questions. These can and must be studied so as to contribute not only to endorse skills but also to soften a problem faced by school nowadays: most learners now attending school have difficulties in expressing their ideas in the written form.
The way one writes will for certain determinate curricular and professional success of any learner. To deeply think about the reasons which lead learners to break certain rules, to substitute some rules by others or simply ignore its existence can be the base to a better integration of individuals in the society. This being there will be a greater social, cultural and economical development of the individual as part of the society as a whole.

Teaching is not always easy...
Teaching is not always easy. As far as I am concerned, the most difficult task is not to motivate students, but to motivate ourselves when everything seems worthless. Most teachers feel frustrated by the end of the day... It is a hard job and it is seldom acknowledge by people, don't you think?
I believe most of us are teachers because we felt somewhere in the past a vocation... It is a wonderful job... Teachers are like gardeners. We plant the seeds of knowledge and then we just have to add some daily care and wait until they blossom... It is rewarding to think that teachers have their share of importance in shapping the future... So why don't you try looking at us the way we deserve?

Being a teacher...
Being a teacher isn't always easy. It has its ups and downs but it is rewarding... (I'm not financially speaking, of course! ;)) Being an ESL teacher can be very frustrating, too. Sometimes learners are not motivated and teachers run out of ideas. Sharing experiences can help. Sometimes it won't solve problems but it will give you comfort!
Nowadays teachers share another problem: we have to compete with new technologies and be up-to-date...But are we prepared?
